Returns

As small shop owners, we cannot accept returns or exchanges, as each item is handmade and Made to Order specifically for each individual. However, if you receive a defective/damaged item, please let us know within 5 days of receiving it and we will take care of it however you’d like! 

Refunds (If applicable)

Please email us, message us on Facebook or Instagram, or contact us through the contact form on our home page if you have concerns or problems with a product. We reserve the right to decline refunds. However, if you qualify for a refund, we will kindly refund your money to your original payment method or as store credit. Thank you!

Sale Items

No rep or discount codes on sale items. Sale items are non-returnable, refundable, or exchangeable. We reserve the right to bill for any amount owed if a code is used, or cancel the order. 

Exchanges (If applicable)

Only faulty or damaged items will be refunded, exchanged for another item of your choice, or given back as store credit. No refunds will be given for wrong sizes ordered or a mistake on the customer’s end. Kindly check your purchase and sizing before checkout.
